vor Schulungsbeginn abzusagen. Der Kunde ist berechtigt, seine Anmeldung
bis fünf Arbeitstage vor Schulungsbeginn kostenfrei zu stornieren. Danach
gelten folgende Regelungen:
Bei einer Absage innerhalb von fünf Arbeitstagen vor der Schulung
werden 25% der Schulungsgebühr in Rechnung gestellt.
Bei einer Absage am Tag vor der Schulung werden 50% der Schulungsgebühr
in Rechnung gestellt.
Bei einer Absage am Tag der Schulung oder bei einer Nichtteilnahme
an der Schulung ohne Absage wird die volle Schulungsgebühr in Rechnung
gestellt.

delegate fails to attend, cancels, or transfers from a course without

The Cognos Education Department must receive notice of cancellation

By Customer: Koulutukseen osallistuminen tulee peruuttaa viimeistään kahta viikkoa ennen kurssia. Mikäli osallistuminen peruutetaan tämän jälkeen veloittaa Cognos Oy kurssin hinnan kokonaisuudessaan.
Cognos Oy pidättää itsellään
oikeuden peruuttaa tai siirtää kurssi. Cognos Oy ei korvaa kustannuksia tai vahinkoja, jotka ovat aiheutuneet
asiakkaalle tai osallistujille kurssin siirtämisestä tai peruuntumisesta. Mikäli kurssi joudutaan peruuttamaan, ilmoitetaan siitä osallistujille viimeistään viikkoa ennen kurssia.

le droit de reporter un cours dans le cas où le nombre d'inscrits serait insuffisant. Le client peut alors, soit annuler
son inscription, soit choisir une autre date à sa convenance dans le calendrier des stages.

COGNOS si riserva il diritto di annullare un corso in qualsiasi momento se non ci sono sufficienti iscrizioni. COGNOS non è passibile per qualsiasi spesa di viaggio o altro sostenuta dal cliente in relazione alla cancellazione o rinvio del corso. Se un corso viene cancellato, COGNOS può offrire al cliente la possibilità di trasferire la prenotazione ad un altro corso o rimborserà la somma già pagata.
Cancellazione del Cliente:
Il cliente pagherà le seguenti percentuali del costo del corso a COGNOS qualora un delegato non possa partecipare, annulli la sua adesione o si trasferisca ad altro corso senza darne preavviso per scritto almeno quindici (15) giorni lavorativi prima dell’inizio del corso al quale era originariamente iscritto. Annullamento/Impossibilità di partecipare: 100%. Trasferimento a data successiva: 50%.
Annuleren:Annuleren kan alleen schriftelijk. Voor annulering tot 2 weken voor aanvang van
de cursus zijn geen kosten verschuldigd. Bij annulering tussen 1 en
2 weken voor aanvang van de cursus is 50% van de cursusprijs verschuldigd.
Bij annulering binnen een week voor aanvang van de cursus wordt altijd
de volledige cursusprijs gefactureerd. Indien de deelnemer bij annulering
direct wordt aangemeld voor een cursus op een andere datum worden er
geen kosten in rekening gebracht.

All training bookings must include a valid Order Number & will be considered null & void if excluded.
Full course payment is due up front in order to secure the student's booking. Cognos will not be held responsible for duplicate bookingif payment has not been received.
No substitution of delegates or postponed delegate attendance is permitted.
Cancellation by Customer
The customer agrees to pay the full price of the course in the event that a delegate fails to attend, cancels, or transfers from a course without giving at least five (5) working days' written notice prior to the course start date.
Cancellation by Cognos SA
Cognos will make every attempt to run the course as scheduled, but reserves the right to cancel at any time.
Anulación por parte de COGNOS. COGNOS hará sus mayores esfuerzos para realizar la formación en las fechas previstas para la misma pero se reserva el derecho de modificar dicha fecha o cancelar la formación. Siempre se ofrecerá una alternativa que satisfaga al CLIENTE, pero si no fuese posible transferirlo a otro curso u otra fecha, COGNOS reembolsará al CLIENTE el coste de la formación no realizada.
Anulación por parte del CLIENTE. El CLIENTE pagará los siguientes porcentajes en caso de anulación o cambio de fecha sin haberlo comunicado por escrito al menos con una antelación de 15 días laborables respecto al comienzo del curso:
- Anulación o no asistencia: 100% del curso solicitado.
- Cambio de fecha: 50% del curso solicitado más el 100% del curso en nueva fecha.

av kurspriset. Cognos AB förbehåller sig rätten att ändra kursdatum eller ställa in kursen senast en vecka före kursstart. En till två veckor före kursstart får Du en bekräftelse med vägbeskrivning.
