Over the coming months we will be introducing a new security mechanism, so that you can access secured areas of support.cognos.com with using your email address for your login.
In the meantime, you may have to log in to separate web resources separately. ie. in a single browser session, you may be prompted once to log in to the support web site and once to log in to Cognos Insight! Once you are logged in within that browser session you can switch between the support site resources and Cognos Insight! application as often as you wish without being prompted to log in again. Once you close your browser you will need to log in to each resource that you wish to access once again.
