Cognos Direct Customer Contact Entitlement
The number of Support Contacts you are entitled to under the Standard support plan is based on the number of supported users.
This allows for automatic expansion with increased supported license ownership. The following table illustrates entitlement for Standard support plan customers.

"Per Server" Licenses
Customers who have purchased a "per server" license with anonymous users are entitled to a maximum of four Support Contacts.
Alliance Customers
Alliance customers are entitled to an four additional Alliance Support Contacts for each unit of Alliance they have purchased. These additional Alliance Support Contacts must be members of the Support Group for which the Alliance unit was purchased.

Cognos Partner Contact Entitlement
The number of Support Contacts you are entitled to under the Standard
support plan is outlined in the Technical Support section of the Cognos Partners agreement.
Please refer to your Partner agreement for Partner Level and contact entitlement.
