Where do I go to register for a course online?
Register for a course by clicking "Course
Search & Registration" on the Training navigation bar.

CBT demo versions of are available from e-Learning.

How do I reset my password
for my Web account?
If you have migrated your login to your email address, use our Password Reset.
Otherwise, email us at cogcsslo@ca.ibm.com, and include your login id and Cognos customer number.
2) I want to access the Supported Customers Web site, but do not have a user
name or password.
If you are not a registered support contact for your organization, you should request your organization’s Primary support contact to register you. See our Web Login & Contacts page for more information.
3) I don't know my customer number.
If you don't know your customer number:
- Review your product documentation.
- Consult with others in your company that use our site.
- Ask your procurement department.
- Ask your sales representative.
If you still can't find the number, send an email
to your local Cognos Support Renewal office.
4) How do I find the phone number, fax number and email address for the Support
office in my country?
You can find contact information for your local Cognos Support office on our "Contact Support" page.
5) How do I search the Knowledge Base?
Click on the "Knowledge Base" link in left hand navigation menu.
6) I need help using the Advanced Search.
Review the Search help. If you are
experiencing problems, please email the Cognos Knowledge Base.
7) I can't find Create Case or Search Case any longer.
These applications have been replaced with Cognos Insight! our new customer case management system. You can log and track service requests there. Click Service Requests in the left hand navigation to read about and access Cognos Insight!
8) What happened to CognosWatch?
As of December 1, 2007, customer communications and case monitoring via Cognos Watch will no longer occur, and the Cognos Watch newsroom will cease operation. In its place, subscribe to the Cognos RSS feeds (http://www.cognos.com/rss/index.html) for product release, training, consulting news.
9) Where can I submit a product enhancement request?
You can now log Cognos product enhancement requests via Cognos Insight!. Note, you may have to migrate your login to your email address first.

I can't launch PDFs.
You must have the free Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view PDF files.
